Good new from Dr. Pink Shirt yesterday. The inflammation is shrinking nicely and the disc that he thought would have to be shaved is moving back to where it should be. Bill is to go back in 6 weeks for another check (unless his pain begins to get bad again.) Sigh of relief.
Dr. Pink Shirt noticed my homemade splint and asked about my finger. He looked at it and said "Invest in $5 and buy a real splint. I don't think it's broken, but it's definitely a bad sprain." He did laugh when I told him I did it washing the dog. He said "That's one I haven't heard before!"
It's supposed to be in the 70's today. I'd better go find something other than a heavy sweater to wear to work today.
