~ Go here to read the meme I did. I usually don't do these, but this one was fun. Feel free to copy it!

~~ Go here to read about an award and to admire my awesome linking skills. I admit that I messed up. I accidentally linked to a couple of locked diaries. Oops!

Lindzeeleigh (she's locked) nominated me for another award. All I have to do is list 7 things that I love. Here goes.

1. I love my family.

I know this is a silly thing to say. But really it isn't. I didn't grow up in a loving home. It is such a blessing to me to be surrounded by love and allowed to shower Bill and the kids with my love. Don't ever let someone tell you that the cycles of your childhood cannot be broken.

3. I love my dogs.

Again...you're surprised right? As any dog person can attest, dogs love in a completely unselfish way. It's impossible to spend time with them and not feel loved and relaxed.

4. I love to clean.

Cleaning, straightening and organizing. I love the way I can totally concentrate on what I'm doing. I love the way clean smells. I love the way clean looks. I've said it before and I know it's a terrible pun: Cleaning is very cleansing for me!

5. I love to read.

Anything and everything. When I read, I "see" a movie in my mind. This is one reason I rarely enjoy movies made from books I've read. Nothing relaxes me better than reading. I read EVERY day. It makes my day begin and end well. I call it my vitamin R.

6. I love to camp

Just the IDEA of camping makes me happy. Even though we live in a very small town, I love to get away and spend time in the trees and quiet. One of the things I like best about where we live is how close we are (8 miles) to good camping. I begin nagging Bill to go camping as soon as we get the February thaw. I'd go today if I could.

7. I love my online friends.

When I started this diary 6 years ago, I had no idea how many people would come into my life. I've shared with you things that I haven't shared with others in REAL LIFE. In general, this community is so accepting and caring. I've not met any of you in person yet, but I plan to.

I'm supposed to tag 7 friends. Instead I'm going to tell you...count your blessings. Then share 7 of them with us!
